Silence

The view from the bridge I biked over this morning. It has been a beautiful hot day!

Some of you wanted the recipe for the olivebread! It's a very simple one, here it goes:

2 big olivebreads

50g yeast
5 dl warm water
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey or syrup
2 dl graham flour
11 dl bread flour
chopped or whole olives, green or black

Mix the yeast with a bit of water in a bowl. Add oil, salt, honey or syrup, olives, flour and the rest of the warm water.

Knead the dough on a floured board. Let rise about 1 hour, until it doubles in size. Heat oven to 225°C.

Round the dough on kneading board, do not knead! Separate it gently into 2 pieces.

Let it stand for another 15 minutes, spray it with water or oliveoil and dust it with flour. Then bake it for 20 minutes. Finished!
