A day off

Figs, yum. Breakfast today was turkish yoghurt with figs, chia and sunflower seeds + agave syrup.
I went to our allotment to sow some coriander and more salad. Friend E had been there almost the whole day, and it looks so nice there. Everything has almost been planted.
Now it's waiting, watering and keeping the weeds away that counts!
Luckily we got some huge redcurrant bushes on the lot, looks like we'll be getting a lot of berries! There are also blackcurrant and raspberries, yay:)
A new green smoothie: Coconut water, spinach and mango (I used frozen mango cubes) + a little agave syrup for sweetness.

Nice to have a day off like this. One day work tomorrow and then it's w e e k e n d.

Oo, that looks like the perfect breakfast! I just got back from a morning run (totally the first time I've ever done this, so it's not as impressive as it sounds) and something light and healthy sounds way good. :)
