White floor

The floor is almost finished. 1 and a half room more. A lot of work but I like the result. It's white!

Family

A cousins birthday was celebrated at my other cousins place yesterday! Almost all of us are women/girls. You should hear how it sounds at the table when we are all talking at the same time..

In July

I have worked and enjoyed these past few days in July, one work week more at the museum(s) - then I'm staring a new job! Feeling less stressed and more happy.

Still not very active here, nor reading all of your lovely blogs..! But soon.

Days

Now I'm really bad at updating here..I blame it on the heat, it makes me too lazy and tired:) So I'm going to take a break few days more.

R just came home from his vacation and brought 7(!) bottles of smoky fine whiskey from Islay. I'm not a whiskey drinker..only on a cold winterday it can feel good with a warming sip, or when I'm sick!

I spotted a "tie-dyed" pigeon on the window sill! They're making a mess..

Blink blink!

I've been busy working, every day now til the end of July..only Mondays free! After work this weekend I had still time to catch up with friends, picnics, bbq...
This is a friend's cute dog, she flirted with the camera;)

I started to paint the floors white today, kitchen is almost ready:) Tomorrow back to work again. Hope it's going to be a good week!

Godmorgon

A new breakfast favourite: porridge with goji berries + maplesirup (thank you sasha;) and milk. Good good.
Another new favourite is the wooden pegs I bought in Stockholm:) They work so much better than my old plastic ones which break all the time.

Soon I'm off to work, have a good day!

Beach

Me and my friend, who also is my work mate, went to the beach after work today! Almost a must do in this heat. However the water was a bit cold at the beginning, but you know the good feeling that comes after the first swim. I could get used to this, go swimming after work every day:)

At the quarry

Quarries, a little scary right? Me and my sisters went to this quarry this evening, wanted to swim. First we searched for another place in the forest that we did not find, so we went to this place instead.
Nice one but it looked a bit dangerous. Although one of my sisters has swum there before. Apparently someone had been there before us and left an untouched pizza on the edge!

No swimming, just pictures.

Stockholm randoms

Haha I'm so lazy these HOT summerdays.. Here I squeezed in some photos of my Stockholm trip! Hope it don't take too long to load the page.
