The weekend is over
This is what I did,
I spent the whole day at home yesterday. I ate myself full on watermelon and in the evening we lit candles for Earth Hour, cosy!
Today we had familydinner and ate lots of mom's yummy springrolls:)
The highlight of the day was that my sister came back from Copenhagen! It was so nice to see her!
Unfortunately it has been snowing yesterday and today. I hope it was the last snowflakes for this winter.
I'm working to much at the museum again...no time at all for schoolwork and being creative :(

Snap! Your yesterday was my yesterday! Home all cosy day long, watermelon, candles for Earth Hour.
I hope you soon find time to spare on your art projects...
You have beautiful photographs! I really like your blog.
Sounds like a blissful weekend.
I hope you found time to breath meanwhile!
my mom gave us some rice-sheets to use for making springrolls and really have to try them soon! what are the best tips for homemade springrolls? what filling?
mette, great, I hope you try them soon too! my mom makes the vegetarian version with mushrooms(chinese ear mushroom, you have to wet them in water for a while) 1 onion, 2 carrots, glass noodles, 1-2 eggs, pepper, glucomate or normal salt. and if you want, add a little bit of tofu, kidneybeans or lentils. mix everything in a mixer and start filling the rolls, fry them. so simple and so good!
thanks, maria!
Love watermelon. Love spring rolls. Sounds like a great time was had.
