The old chair!

I wrote about this chair a loong time ago. I found it in my grandmother's basement and she told me that I can have it. But it was broken and the textile was worn out. Now it's fixed and with new fabric on it! But as you can see the wood sealing has come off..gaah, I maybe should have thought of that before I did all the rest!


..sealing problems here too. This table is also from my granny:) What should I do, seal it again or paint it black?

E.T phone home!

My family's dog Ebba had an E.T moment yesterday.


The sun reflected through prisma glass and that created small rainbows everywhere at my dad's place.
My weekend was great. On Friday we went to see a friends gig, easy evening and we went home early. On Saturday we ate a good black bean coca cola (!) soup and had a party in the evening /night. Today I'm pretty tired... so now I'm going to sleep, goodnight!

On the marketplace 5 a.m

This was part of a schoolproject I did last spring.
I wanted to catch the sunrise light but sadly it was too cloudy that morning.
It was anyway quite fun to get up that early just to dance and jump around outside with no shoes.
...but those people that also were up and saw me must have thought i'm a freak haha...good that I forced my sister to come with me:)

Singing saw

Anyone knows how to play the saw? I love the sound that it makes, it's beautiful. Please come and play for me, I need to relax my mind.



By the way, I got the evening job I was applying for! So tomorrow after school I start working as an receptionist:)

I spent my weekend with family and friends in Vasa. My cat Spöke lives now at my dad's place. They really like eachother but she was anyway so happy to see me:)

..and my mom's cat Sune! He snores like a man.

Own company

How hard is it really to start your own company?
We have a course in that subject at school now.. After todays lecture I actually thought it seems kind of easy to start your own.
Hmm well.. you just need the good idea, courage and...money of course. But the teacher was so extremely positive about everything that it was so easy to believe him and think that even I could do it. Still I know how hard it is to keep the company rolling at the beginning and it will take up a lot of your time.
In one way I think all artists possesses their own company..or am I wrong?

It's Friday evening and I'm just staying at home. I should clean because I will have some friends coming over tomorrow and my flat is such a mess again. But I feel too tired for that..I'd rather watch a movie.

Suddenly I got this strong urge to travel away somewhere for a while..
A bird whispered in my ear today that my wish maybe will come true. I cross my fingers and hope.

Sunday coffee

Oh, what an interesting picture!...I just had to.
Today is the last free day, tomorrow it's schooltime again. Good, then I start moving my legs again..I just became too lazy this holiday.

...a simple necklace that I made yesterday (tack för tipset Rosanna:) I will make a black and a white one too. Now I have to get ready for Saturday night. Have a good one!

Frosty windows

Soon I can't look out my windows anymore! The frost on my windows is growing higher and higher... Strange why it does like that, maybe because of old and bad windows. But luckily it's warm inside!
And I like the patterns that it makes.

Lazy days..

Today was a beautiful day so we went out for a walk. Unfortunately one of my shoes started to chafe on my ankle so I didn't enjoy it that much:( Have to wear better shoes next time..
Well, after I wanted to buy an agenda (how do you say it in english? like a memory book with dates for a year), but I couldn't find the right one so I decided to make one myself. I did that a few years ago and it was quite fun!
When we came home we made cauliflower soup and toast with pesto, yummie:)
+I took care of my feet which felt so good, I should do it more often.

Promise

Ok, this new year I have to keep my flat more tidy. Today I'm cleaning and putting everything where it should be. I got a really great storage box from my mom and it is perfect for all my small things.
Now I have to continue cleaning, it's so easy to get stuck in front of the computer!!!
